How we hold your details.

1. What we collect

   If you write or send an enquiry we store your name, email, optional phone, shipping note and the message. Server logs may include IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for security for up to 90 days.

2. Cookies

   This is a display site. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run remarketing pixels.

3. How we use it

   To answer you, confirm stock, arrange shipping, and meet Hong Kong bookkeeping duties. We do not sell personal data. A courier receives only what is needed to deliver.

4. Who else sees it

   Email is delivered through our mailbox provider. The site is hosted where we operate. We do not pass lists to marketers.

5. How long we keep it

   Enquiry records stay up to 24 months, or longer if a sale or dispute requires it under Hong Kong law.

6. Your rights

   You may ask to access, correct or delete data we hold, subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Write to studio@merrowde.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
